Our award-winning restaurants, Taylor & Clay and Tetto, boast state-of-the-art kitchens featuring Asador wood-fired grills and bespoke robata grills. You will be cooking the finest local meat, seafood, and vegetables in a creative and innovative style.
The successful individual will have drive, determination, and a commitment to the continued success of our food offering. The role involves using high-quality ingredients in a new and exciting way.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum 1 year's experience working in a busy, modern kitchen
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to adapt to changing menus and specifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety practices, and regulations
* A genuine desire to improve cooking skills and broaden ingredient knowledge
