Clinical and Operational Transformation of Acute Paediatric Healthcare
Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) is a leading provider of paediatric healthcare services in Ireland, comprising hospitals at Crumlin, Temple Street, and Tallaght, as well as an Urgent Care Centre at Connolly hospital in Blanchardstown.
Purpose of the Role
The primary objective of this position is to deliver high-quality Nutrition and Dietetic services to paediatric patients within Children’s Health Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert Nutrition and Dietetic care to paediatric patients in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
* Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for paediatric patients with nutrition-related conditions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
* Registration as a Dietitian by the Dietitians Registration Board at CORU.
* A minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate clinical experience in paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics.
* Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in paediatric nutrition and dietetics, including current research and best practices.
