Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
* Design digital assets, including social media posts, email campaigns, website graphics, online advertisements, video editing and copy.
* Create visually engaging infographics, eBooks, and presentation templates to enhance content marketing efforts.
* Develop cohesive visual identities for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Produce video assets in live-action and graphics.
* Produce additional content series such as podcasts and e-publications.
Content Marketing Design
* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design assets that enhance storytelling, customer education and drive engagement.
* Design dynamic visuals for blog posts, brochures, whitepapers, and case studies to captivate readers.
* Manage the production of multimedia content, including video overlays, animations, and interactive assets.
Campaign Support
* Partner with the marketing team to develop visually impactful assets for product launches, trade shows, and conferences.
* Monitor and iterate designs based on campaign performance data and user feedback.
Brand Development
* Ensure brand consistency across all content and design outputs.
* Contribute to evolving the brand’s visual identity, bringing a fresh and innovative perspective.
Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years of experience in digital design or a similar role, preferably within a tech or B2B environment.
* A strong portfolio showcasing design work for digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing assets.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
* Experience creating graphics optimised for web and social media platforms.
* Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile design.
* Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and CRM marketing platforms.
* Knowledge of content marketing strategies, including SEO and audience engagement best practices.
