Role: German Social Media Administrator
Location: Dublin South – onsite fully
Model: Permanent
Hours: Choice of shift schedule. Monday-Sunday shifts (including premiums on weekends and nights)
Day Shift – 8-9am start and (finish aligned to your finishing time)
Night Shift : 6pm start, 2am finish (time and a quarter paid for late hours)
Salary: Competitive Market Rate based off chosen shift schedule

Responsibilities:
1. Processing reported issues via dedicated ticketing system including platform user support for accounts and flagged content.
2. Ensuring full understanding and adherence to company guidelines and policies
3. Identifying improvements within the framework models and putting forward creative solutions
4. Make use of cultural trends, social norms and current affairs knowledge to provide insights and support to the platform and community
Requirements:
5. Written and spoken fluent German and English including understanding of social norms and cultural trends
6. Familiarity with the internet know-how and have experience with social media platforms
7. Strong attention to detail and time management skills
8. Flexible and able to solve problems with creativity and empathy
9. The ability to work independently and support the team for collective goals
10. Comfortable working in a fast paced and team orientated environment
