Responsibilities: Client Service Excellence
1. Provide expert support to Broadcasters, Advertisers and Agencies and other TAM (Television Audience Measurement) stakeholders
2. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
3. Assist clients in interpreting viewing data to generate valuable insights
4. Respond promptly to client queries and data inquiries
Responsibilities: Software Support and Training
5. Offer guidance on proprietary software systems (RatingPoint, Arianna, Genesis)
6. Manage client software training, including needs assessment and schedule creation
7. Develop comprehensive user guides and training materials
8. Provide level 1 software support to all clients
9. Oversee User Acceptance Testing for software upgrades
Responsibilities: Project and Stakeholder Management
10. Collaborate with the Commercial Lead on internal and external projects
11. Coordinate cross-functional projects with Commercial, Operations, Data Science, and Software departments
12. Maintain relationships with industry committee stakeholders
13. Consolidate and drive internal actions following key client meetings
Responsibilities: Analysis and Reporting
14. Prepare and deliver client presentations in partnership with the Commercial Lead
15. Draft papers and generate reports within agreed-upon deadlines
16. Monitor and analyse current viewing trends and patterns
Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement
17. Stay informed about industry developments and best practices
18. Contribute to the enhancement of client service processes and methodologies
Qualifications
19. Industry Expertise: Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with TV ratings data in the media industry
20. Strong knowledge of and interest in the Irish Media/Advertising landscape
21. Technical Skills: Proficiency in TV analysis software, preferably Nielsen's RatingPoint, Arianna, or Genesis
22. Experience with other industry-standard tools like MediaOcean or TechEdge is a plus
23. Ability to understand, interpret, and analyse large datasets
24. Client Service: Proven track record in client-facing roles
25. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
26. Research and Analysis: Understanding of research methodologies
27. Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
28. Training and Development: Experience in software training or teaching colleagues/clients is highly desirable
29. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills
30. Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing priorities
31. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
32. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
33. Experience with data visualisation tools is a plus
