About You
Basic Qualifications - Senior Functional Consultant:
14. 5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience
15. 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following areas: Core HCM, HCM Security, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence or Time Tracking
Other Qualifications:
16. Language Skills: English and one of the following languages preferred: German, French, Italian or Spanish. Other European languages will be considered.
17. Demonstrates a solid grasp of HR related systems and processes. Able to gain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases in Core HCM, areas of expertise and cross application features .
18. Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM Products and to effectively deploy the solutions
19. Experience with influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally
20. Capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome
21. Ability to deliver and get results while managing to a project plan
22. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
23. Experience with global implementations is preferred.
24. The ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
25. Bachelor’s degree or related experience required
26. Ability to travel up to 25%.
