Your Team: FM104 & Q102 are looking to expand on its market leading sales team and we are now hiring an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients as well as drive new business acquisition.
Passion for media & a passion for sales is the key for success in this role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of account management and new business development with the drive & ambition to bring our brands to new commercial customers.

Day to day you will:
1. Be a driving force in the growth of the direct sales team
2. Manage & build a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts & converting them to sales
3. Develop and deliver bespoke sales presentations to clients
4. Assist in the successful expansion of the company’s goals and objectives by achieving & exceeding personal & team targets
5. Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through CRM systems
What we’re looking for from you:
6. A proven track record of success in Business Development & Account Management
7. Strong sales experience (media sales preferred but not essential)
8. Must have strong cold-calling skills & field sales background
9. Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
10. Ability to manage the full sales-cycle, from lead sourcing to closing
11. Efficient in Microsoft tools including Excel & PowerPoint
12. Valid full Irish driving licence with own car
