ITALIAN SPEAKER (Proficiency C1/C2 level both written and oral)
Responsibilities
* Process new life insurance applications (policy proposals / underwriting)
* Manage policy details, including premiums, and clients' information.
* Update policies and make necessary amendments.
* Prepare and process policy documents.
* Handle policy claims (e.g. surrenders, top-ups, change of investment strategy, change of beneficiary, death claims...)
* Liaising with asset/fund managers, bank branches, fiduciaries, private bankers and clients
* Liaising with auditors
* Ensure that all communications to clients are forwarded within fixed deadlines
* Ensure that all claims are processed punctually and to the highest standards
Qualifications
* High school diploma. A BA or MA is a plus.
* Some experience in insurance administration or customer service preferred.
* Knowledge of insurance products and terminology is a plus.
* Client Communication:
o Respond to policy-related inquiries and requests from clients and brokers.
o Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
o Communicate effectively with private bankers in Italian.
* Data Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date clients' database.
o Enter and update policy information into relevant software.
o Generate reports and summaries as needed.
* Compliance:
o Adhere to company policies and procedures.
o Comply with industry regulations and legal requirements.
o Maintain confidentiality of clients' information.
* Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
o Strong data entry and computer skills.
* Soft Skills:
o Communication and interpersonal skills.
