Cpl Healthcare has two new exciting roles in Naas, Kildare. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant and a Recruitment Administrator to support the Nursing and Allied Health Professional Recruitment teams. The ideal candidate for the Recruitment Consultant role will have experience in Healthcare Recruitment.
Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities:
* Build a personal book of business (candidates and clients)
* Meet or exceed target fees
* Source and qualify candidates to meet job requirements (confirm availability, capability/fit and interest)
* Develop, maintain and manage client accounts
* Demonstrate strong business development activity within your desk including: identifying new leads, building client relationships, attending networking events and similar, research and marketing
* Take ownership for personal and professional development
* Provide coaching and mentoring support to associates and other consultants
* Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are demonstrated at all times
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area
* Enter all candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure Jobscience is up to date and of the highest quality
* Demonstrate the Cpl Core Values in all aspects of the role
* Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums in order to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations
Experience & Attributes:
* 1-2 years Recruitment Experience, ideally in Healthcare Recruitment
* Possess excellent communicative skills
* Work well as part of a team
* Maintain a high standard of attention to detail
* Excellent IT Skills
Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Responsibilities:
* Bring applicants through the Recruitment process
* Interview
* Once through eligibility/interview, start recruitment clearances which include:
1. Reference Checks
2. Qualification Verification
3. Garda Vetting
4. Overseas Police Clearance (where applicable)
5. Liaise with our inhouse OH Department
6. Training
7. Verification of Service etc
* Ensure all Doctors/Nurses/Healthcare Assistants are fully compliant before making them active to work
* Generate strong adverts on a weekly basis to attract the correct candidates and to build pools of staff for each area
* Conduct open days, college visits and client visits
* Liaise with clients and management daily
Experience & Attributes:
* Minimum 1 year working in an office setting
* Possess excellent communicative skills
* Work well as part of a team
* Maintain a high standard of attention to detail
* Be IT literate
