This role is ideal for recent graduates with a HR qualification who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute their ideas.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Participate in candidate interviews and assessments.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Support in conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
Participate in employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Help document and follow up on employee complaints.
Compensation and Benefits: Learn about payroll processing and assist in payroll administration.
Support in managing employee benefits programs.
Conduct market research on compensation trends.
Assist in analysing salary data and making recommendations.
Learning and Development: Assist in organising training sessions and workshops.
Support in developing training materials and e-learning modules.
Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Help track and report on training completion.
HR Analytics and Reporting: Learn about key HR metrics and data analysis techniques.
Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards.
Support in presenting data and insights to stakeholders.
Participate in data-driven decision-making processes.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Participate in planning and executing DEI programs and initiatives.
Assist in organising DEI training and awareness sessions.
Support in developing inclusive HR policies.
Help track and report on DEI metrics and progress.
HR Projects and Strategic Initiatives : Work on special HR projects assigned by the CPO.
Participate in project planning, execution, and evaluation.
Prepare and present project findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Assist in communicating project outcomes and impact.

Qualifications, experience and required skills Recent graduate with a HR qualification (1-2 years post qualification).

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Other Relevant Information Mentorship: The intern will be mentored by the HR BP's and CPO to provide guidance and support throughout the program.
