Job Title: HR Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team based in Cork. This role offers excellent hybrid working conditions and a dynamic work environment.
About the Role:
* Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, providing timely and effective support to employees and management.
* Support hiring managers with coaching and training, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
* Prepare and deliver monthly reports on HR metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee policies and procedures, update employee data as required.
* Design and deliver wellbeing initiatives and HR projects, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
* Lead the payroll process for HR, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times, working closely with Finance and external third-party payroll processors.
Requirements:
* HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) with 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR role.
* Proven experience in preparing and reconciling payroll, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
