Head Bartender
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and customer service in our restaurant, adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily running of the restaurant, including end-of-day closing procedures and cash handling.
* Train staff on cocktail preparation and ensure compliance with brand standards.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
* Provide exceptional customer service, actively upselling and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Conduct thorough deep cleans of the bars and surrounding areas as required.
* Participate in training and personnel exercises to improve performance levels.
Additional Requirements:
* Ensure HACCP and cleaning schedules are completed daily.
* Communicate hotel services to guests as needed.
* Receive customer complaints in a courteous and sympathetic manner, reporting to management immediately.
The Head Bartender must arrive for duty on time, dressed in full uniform and name badge, maintaining the highest standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
