Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our client's team in partnership with MCS Group.
This role involves working alongside the existing team to provide efficient support for end users, resolving IT issues and service requests within agreed time frames.
* Resolve IT issues and service requests within agreed time frames
* Evaluate and escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary
* Collaborate with IT Service Analysts on advanced support tasks and coordinate with external partners
* Maintain and troubleshoot key systems including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other business tools
* Monitor IT services to minimize downtime and proactively address issues
* Provide user support and guidance to enhance the IT experience
* Update support documentation and contribute to service improvements
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in an Application Support or similar role
* Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* Experience with Power BI
