We are looking for an experienced L2 IT Support Engineer to join our client's team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will provide onsite and remote IT support, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service. You will be responsible for resolving support tickets, assisting senior engineers on projects, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide onsite IT support to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Resolve tickets and ensure they are completed within SLAs.
3. Fully document all troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles.
4. Monitor and manage support tickets in our ticketing system.
5. Basic troubleshooting of switches, routers, and firewalls.
Experience and Skills Required:
6. 4+ years of experience in an IT support role.
7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including O365 Admin, O365 Suite, AD, and SCCM.
8. Experience in supporting meeting room technologies.
9. Knowledge of onboarding and offboarding processes.
