Graduate Health and Safety Advisor We are seeking a Graduate Health and Safety Advisor to join a leading Main Building Contractor for a project located in South Dublin. This role is ideal for an early-career EHS Advisor with a relevant health and safety qualification and some site experience. You will be working alongside an experienced Health and Safety Manager, well-regarded in the industry, who will provide excellent mentorship and training to support your professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Implement company health, safety, quality, and environmental policies, procedures, and management systems. Assist site management with drafting and communicating Method Statements, Safe Plans of Action, and Toolbox Talks. Provide advice, guidance, and instruction on health & safety matters to management, safety representatives, and employees (including subcontractors, as needed). Deliver health & safety induction programs for new employees and subcontractors on-site. Conduct regular site inspections and audits, report findings, and ensure follow-up actions are promptly completed. Record, report, and investigate all accidents, notifying the Directors, Health & Safety Authority, and insurers as required. Champion the companys mission of maintaining a safe, incident-free workplace. Requirements: Relevant health and safety qualification. Some experience in a construction site environment. Strong IT skills. Proactive, confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer: Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 Fully expensed company vehicle.
