About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Business Development Executive will focus on driving sales growth through proactive lead generation, business prospecting, and acquisition campaigns for products.
* Generate sales opportunities by proactively prospecting decision-makers and conducting cold calls.
* Promote Telematics, Telecoms, Telephony, Connectivity, and Fuel solutions to potential customers.
* Nurture leads, identify pain points, and drive sales decisions to maximise revenue across solutions.
* Manage customer follow-ups and schedule qualified appointments to support Account Managers with handovers.
* Respond to inbound inquiries, maintain accurate CRM records, and create proposals for SME customers while staying informed about competitors.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Telesales/Outbound Sales/BDE with a strong track record of meeting targets.
* Skilled in new business strategies, closing deals, and CRM tools.
* Resilient, detail-oriented, motivated, and goal-driven individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Benefits
OTE - £40,000 per annum. Annual Leave - 33 days inclusive of bank holidays. Hours - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Office based - Antrim.
