Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Business Analyst with Project Management Skills to join our team on a high-impact project.
We are a dynamic, fast-growing organization focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. In this role, you will play a key part in embedding new operational standards into BAU processes, ensuring they are well-documented, user-friendly, and seamlessly adopted across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.
2. Analyse and synthesise information to create clear, concise work instructions for field equipment operation.
3. Develop process documentation and ensure seamless adoption through user-friendly instructions.
4. Plan and manage project tasks, timelines, priorities, stakeholders, scope, and deliverables.
5. Visualise and map business processes using Visio (or similar tools).
6. Facilitate strong communication, ensuring alignment between business and operational teams.
7. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
8. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
9. Support business readiness and change management activities to drive effective implementation.
10. Ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in business analysis and project coordination/management.
2. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
3. Ability to translate complex technical details into accessible documentation.
4. Process mapping experience and familiarity with Visio or other visualisation tools.
5. Background in engineering, utilities, or a related field (preferred).
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
