Key Responsibilities:
* Develop payment plans for customers

Requirements and Preferences:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience
* Call center experience (desirable)
* Graduate background (desirable)
* Ability to meet targets and deadlines
* Native-level English proficiency required
* Negotiation skills
* Basic IT knowledge
