QC Sampler, Warehouse – Evening shift
A member of a busy Warehouse Team based in Loughrea, Co. Galway. The ideal person will provide an excellent service to our Chanelle Pharma customers – both internal and external.
All activities associated with this role are carried out to documented GMP procedures which satisfy regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure following good safe working Warehouse practice e.g. work area and sampling equipment kept clean, tidy and organised.
2. Monitor calibration of the sampling booth.
3. Ensure records pertaining to Quality control are all kept up to date.
4. Check goods receipt documentation (receiving report, COA etc.) against Chanelle Documentation.
5. Sample all raw materials (excipients and actives) daily.
6. Correct sampling and storage of incoming raw materials, bulk product and finished goods.
7. Prepare stock issue lists of raw material samples.
8. Label raw materials, bulk product and finished goods samples etc., during the various stages of the process daily.
9. Prepare, log and store retained samples.
10. Log incoming raw materials, bulk product and finished goods with Quality Control.
11. Ensure all log books are kept up to date.
12. Label all materials to state the status of the material.

Qualifications / Experience:
1. Experience working within a pharmaceutical cGMP Environment; with knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA Guidelines.
2. Previous experience of working in a GMP Warehouse or production operative role.
3. Previous manual handling experience.
4. Excellent written and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of Computers, Word and Excel.
Desirable:
1. Fork truck / Turret truck license would be an advantage (but not essential as training will be given).
Work Environment:
1. Warehouse/ QC Lab/Production.
2. Sampling Booth.
