John Deere Parts Technician / Junior Parts Advisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our clients dynamic team as a Junior Parts Advisor. The successful candidate will be passionate about Agri and eager to start a career in the parts and inventory management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify incoming shipments and ensure accurate allocation to correct locations.
* Follow up on short shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries promptly and courteously.
* Supply parts to Service Technicians as needed.
* Help prepare and manage merchandise displays.
Role Details:
* Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Reporting To: Parts Branch Manager
* Training: Comprehensive training provided
* Hours:
o Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
o Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
o Occasional Saturday mornings (overtime): 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM
