You will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment clients, ensuring they receive top-quality candidates and a seamless hiring experience. You will also manage social media job postings and optimise recruitment platforms to attract the best talent.
This role is based primarily in our Kells office, with some travel required for client meetings so a full drivers license and access to a car are essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Source and identify top-quality candidates for recruitment clients.
* Shortlist candidates based on client needs and role specifications.
* Conduct pre-screen interviews to assess suitability and alignment with client expectations.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Empowering Clients Through Social Media & Recruitment Platform Management
* Create and manage job postings across all Run My Business recruitment platforms.
* Optimise RMB Platforms to attract top talent.
* Engage with potential candidates and build a strong network through social media interactions.
Building Relationships with Integrity Client & Candidate Liaison
* Act as a trusted recruitment partner, keeping clients informed and updated throughout the hiring process.
* Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive and professional recruitment experience.
* Maintain clear, open, and honest communication with all stakeholders.
Excellence in Reporting & Administration
* Prepare monthly recruitment reports for retainer clients, providing insights into hiring efforts.
* Maintain accurate and organised records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
* Support additional business operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and general administration, as needed.
