Office Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain an organized environment to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Assist in generating reports and summaries as required by various departments.
* E nsure proper filing and archiving of all documents, both physical and digital.
* Handle general inquiries and provide information.
* Provide support to other team members as needed.
* Promptly respond to emails and phone enquiries; manage the main phone line.
* Update internal accounts database and spreadsheets.
* Create, collect, and manage all documentation.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
* Meet obligations to management standards.
* Assist in preparing and organizing meetings, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
