Job Title: Estimating Manager
We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join our team in Dublin, working on new pharmaceutical & Data Centre projects across Ireland and the UK. Working from home available.

About the Role
The Estimating Manager will be responsible for managing estimators and delegating workload. Key tasks include:
* Conducting in-depth reviews of tender documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules
* Performing accurate quantity take-offs and marking up measured drawings
* Requesting, managing, and evaluating supplier and sub-contractor quotations
* Issuing tender queries and RFIs
* Preparing costed bill of quantities and tender reports
* Attending meetings and site visits when required
* Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
* M&E Estimating experience
* Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office
* The ability to interpret drawings and specifications, perform accurate take-offs, and prepare detailed BOQs
