I am recruiting on behalf of my client in the IT industry, who is seeking a Principal Engineer. This role involves leading innovation, architecture, and setting the technical direction, all while maintaining a hands-on approach with expertise in Java and cloud-based technologies.
* Architect and implement secure, robust, and scalable solutions.
* Act as a technical leader to a team of engineers.
* Conduct code reviews.
Required Experience:
* 6+ years' experience using the programming language Java with Spring Boot.
* Industry experience in architecture, designing and deploying large-scale applications.
* Strong experience working with AWS.
* Experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
* Experience working with Docker, Kafka, and MySQL.
