Part Time HR Manager
We are currently seeking a Part Time HR Manager to join our clients, a financial services company in Tralee, County Kerry. Working closely with senior management, you will play a pivotal role in all aspects of Human Resource from Employee Engagement to legal Compliance to compensation and Benefits.
This is a part-time position, working in office in Tralee, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with company objectives.
* Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
* Manage employee relations and performance management.
* Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
* Stay informed on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic guidance.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the HR Function.
* In-depth technical knowledge of employment legislation.
* Able to manage sensitive employment matters professionally.
* Educated to CIPD or degree level, specifically in HR.
