Job Title: Staff and Senior Physiotherapists – Adult Primary Care
About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Staff Grade and Senior Physiotherapists to join our client’s Adult Primary Care team in Ennis, Co. Clare. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to adults in a primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to adults with a wide range of physical conditions.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
3. Educate and empower patients to manage their conditions effectively through tailored exercise programs and lifestyle modifications.
4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centered care.
5. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development initiatives.
6. Mentor and support junior staff and students (Senior role).
Requirements:
For Staff Grade:
1. A recognized qualification in Physiotherapy.
2. CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
For Senior Grade:
1. A recognized qualification in Physiotherapy.
2. CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.
3. Significant clinical experience in adult primary care or related settings.
4. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support junior staff and students.
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
