We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Senior Executive Coordinator to provide critical support to the CEO and senior leadership of a dynamic, global organisation in the aviation leasing sector. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of leadership activities, including travel, meetings, events, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and international events
* Coordinate senior executive itineraries, internal and external meetings, and corporate communications
* Handle confidential matters with discretion
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
* Maintain databases, track expenses, and support budgetary processes
* Provide project support and assist in developing efficient administrative systems
Qualifications:
* 3–5 years of experience in a senior support role within a corporate environment
* Experience working with executive leadership, preferably in aviation or finance
* Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with tech tools
* Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
* Ability to travel and work flexibly across time zones
