Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function in their production plant located in Dublin, Citywest.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People management and HR planning
2. Ensure compliance with GDPR, Data Privacy, and other statutory requirements
3. Communicate with employees and group management according to best practices
4. Oversight of employee training and development
5. Handle conflicts, disputes, disciplinary action, and terminations
6. Support line management with attendance, sickness, and absence issues
7. Provide HR support for business activities
8. Support managers in preparing for KPI performance meetings
9. Manage HR KPIs and report to Corporate HQ as required
10. Understand HR-related P&L enablers and drivers
11. Recruitment for all roles within the organisation
12. Issue contracts of employment and amendments
Applicants should have at least 5 years' experience in an HR role similar to this one. Key qualifications include:
