We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to take ownership of the human resources function for our Dublin operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with and advise key stakeholders on HR matters and strategy within the Irish office.
* Work closely with partners to identify their needs and develop appropriate initiatives, policies, and procedures.
* Local recruitment in partnership with centralized resourcing teams based in the UK.
* Conduct induction process with new joiners and assist leavers, conducting exit interviews as needed.
* Manage employee relations issues, working with managers and employees through disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Support employees through health issues, absenteeism, sickness, and leave planning.
* Support the managing partner and partners through performance management and promotion processes.
* Forecast, budget, and report on financial and other matters to the executive board.
* Support resourcing teams with annual graduate and trainee recruitment programs.
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience working at a similar level in a large legal, professional services, or financial services firm.
* Ability to work autonomously as a decision-maker and influence strategy and policy design.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
