1) Conference Event Hostess/Event Registration (Tuesday 8th to Thursday 10th April) Location: Dun Laoghaire.
Onsite parking available or accessible via DART Duration: 3 days, Tuesday 8th to Thursday 10th April inclusive Hourly Rate: 14 euro her hour Hours: 7.15am start on 8th, 8am start on 9th & 8.30am start on 10th The Role: To support our client during a 3-day conference event Registration of participants on arrival at the hotel venue Directing participants to presentation rooms Acting as a point of contact for queries from participants Taking photographers at the event 2) Front Desk Receptionist (Monday 7th April start) Location: Dublin 2 Hourly rate: 14 EU per hour The Role: Providing front desk support in a professional office environment Answering incoming calls - taking messages and directing calls Dealing with couriers and visitors to front desk Daily post in/out Handling request for taxi's, meeting rooms etc.
