Senior Recruitment Consultant at Staffline Ireland
At Staffline Recruitment we are working with a growing Financial Services Organisation in Dublin City Centre who are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
The purpose of this role will be to manage the customer support and administration processes for new business enquiries. The successful candidate will have direct interaction with potential customers via phone and email and collaborate closely with internal teams and third party service providers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate with 1 - 2 years of customer service, administration or banking experience who is looking to progress their career within a dynamic, fast paced and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers.
2. Screen leads for eligibility.
3. Record and maintain lead details in the Salesforce CRM.
4. Send information packs to qualified leads.
5. Conduct follow-up calls to assess client interest in proceeding to the appointment.
6. Collaborate with Consultants and applicants until the application is completed.
7. Manage queries from team inbox.
8. Perform data entry and general administrative tasks using the Salesforce CRM.
9. Provide administrative support throughout the sales phase of the customer journey.
10. Assist with other general office administration tasks as needed.
Applicants will meet the following requirements:
1. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a busy customer service, administration or banking role.
2. APA (Loans) certification is a plus.
3. Experience in a lender, broker, or other retail financial services company is beneficial but not essential.
4. High proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
5. Energetic and proactive.
6. Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
8. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
