Who are they looking for?
A HR Operations Lead to join their HR Operations team which supports 400 staff in Dublin. A dynamic, structured, and process-driven individual who has at least three years of HR Generalist experience and people management experience, ideally with a multinational group.
What will you be responsible for?
* Lead and support the HR Operations team (of 2), ensuring smooth running of overall operations team responsibilities and goals, striving to deliver a high-quality service to the business.
* Updating and maintaining local and global HRIS systems in an accurate and timely manner.
* Produce regular and ad hoc reports, absence management monitoring, ongoing systems reconciliations.
* Seek to develop HR systems to improve administration efficiency.
* Collaborate with Head of HR and HR Business Partners to structure employee annual training programme.
* Start-to-finish administration and coordination of training courses, including liaising with vendors, employee training requests, room bookings, etc.
* Responding to general day-to-day HR queries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure the effective administration of HR documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, contract production, contract amendments, salary certificates, letters, etc.
* Assisting on HR initiatives in areas such as well-being, employee experience, and diversity and inclusion.
Required Experience and Qualifications
The successful candidate should be a HR Generalist with a minimum of three years of experience, people management experience, and a HR qualification. Experience working within a regulated environment is an advantage.
Remuneration Package
€50,000 - €60,000 plus healthcare, pension, bonus, life assurance gym membership and much more!
