Site Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to coordinate site activities and special projects in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
About the Role
* Responsible for site productivity and quality goals.
* Coordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet agreed timelines.
* Evaluate site processes.
* Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis.
* Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
* Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Assist staff in resolving complex or out of policy operational problems.
* Coach and provide career development advice to staff.
* Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
* Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years + working directly for a medium-large main contractor as a site manager on commercial projects and/or civil engineering infrastructure projects.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Strong problem-solving capability.
* Experience in the management of sub-contractors.
* Highly developed organisational and planning skills including the ability to schedule in an efficient, productive manner.
* Ability to identify and focus on key priorities.
* Follow through on commitments to any verbal and written agreements.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done on time and to a high standard.
Salary Information
$90,000 - $120,000 per year
