Role Overview
We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time People & Culture Administrator to join our dynamic team based in our Hyundai Dealership, Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork.

Responsibilities
Provide support for the HR mailbox by handling employee queries and escalating queries as needed.
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.
Maintain and update personnel files in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Manage the HR system (BambooHR) to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Deliver a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Administer new starter processes, including offer letters and onboarding forms.
Conduct regular checks and audits of the BambooHR to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Monitor and manage sick leave and absence processes within the company.
Oversee and maintain employee time-tracking records daily to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
1 to 2 years HR experience.
Proven ability managing high volume of admin, working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks is essential.
Ability to work on a number of different tasks to agreed timescales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
