PTSB is seeking applications for a newly created senior leadership role, the Head of Mortgage & Consumer Finance Products reporting directly to the Head of Bank Products and Pricing Strategy and as a member of our bank Senior Leadership team, the Head of Mortgage & Consumer Finance Products plays a fundamental role in influencing, driving, and delivering on the Group's lending strategy as defined by ExCo and Board.

and is a key enabler in ensuring we deliver the right lending products at the right price to our personal customers through all our service channels.
The role involves collaborating with key internal stakeholders such as Treasury, Risk, Distribution, Operations, Customer and Marketing teams to deliver on agreed mortgage and consumer finance pricing and product development strategies.
Through the execution of these, the role holder is accountable for delivery of agreed ambitious growth, income, and risk management targets for these product lines.
As ultimate owner for delivery of the personal lending products P&L, the role holder will be responsible for pricing, performance, and risk management interventions to achieve the agreed customer and commercial outcomes.
For this critical role, you will have an established track record of success as a leader in a financial services product category including management of pricing, proposition development and distribution strategies.
