Digital Business Support Consultant
Remote, Home based.
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 / €28,000-€32,000 - Plus commission

We are looking for a Digital Business Consultant to support the Ireland Region.
You will be responsible for three key areas:
1. Growing existing business
2. New business acquisition
3. Support to our Business Consultant team in the field
You will be responsible for the sales performance in our Dermalogica Friends Accounts. Through outbound calls, virtual meetings, digital communications, and group webinars, you will motivate, inform, and maintain engagement with our non-visited PSTs with the goal to grow revenue. You will identify new business opportunities within the region, including cold calling potential leads, identifying white space, and working closely with the new business consultants on territory. In addition to this, you will support Sales Operations with general administrative duties while supporting vacant territories.
The responsibilities of the Digital Business Consultant:
* Identify opportunities to build long-term partnerships to drive success and maximise profitability
* Meet sales targets
* Analyse data to drive sales and understand key buying trends in order to create a plan of action for performance growth
* Pre-call planning and diary planning using CRM/Power BI. Update CRM daily with notes, activity, and phone calls
* Use MyAccount to build/place orders and ensure all accounts are confident and actively using MyAccount
* Ensure attendance of Skin Therapists at Dermalogica education classes with a goal for them to achieve Expert status
* Identify opportunities for new business in the region and cold call potential leads
* Support vacant territories
* Attend all training, meetings, and events required and take responsibility for development where there are skill gaps
Do you have the below skills?
* Proven experience in sales and meeting sales targets, along with Customer Care (minimum 1 year)
* Call centre/outbound call experience desirable
* Highly self-motivated
* Strong influential and negotiation skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Confident using all virtual platforms
* Sales-driven attitude
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience with Power BI
* Experience with CRM systems
