Position Summary:
Bentley Systems International Limited is looking for a newly created role of International Tax Specialist. The International Tax Specialist position offers exposure to a myriad of various tax compliance and provision issues in the areas of corporate income tax and international taxes. The International Tax Specialist will participate in all aspects of Bentley Systems' tax compliance, planning, financial reporting, and controversy efforts. The International Tax Specialist will work with and assist the Director, Global Transfer Pricing and EMEA Tax as well as the financial reporting and accounting teams, regarding tax compliance and tax accounting issues.
We will rely on you for the following:
Providing advice on the applicability of withholding tax to the various Bentley offerings.
Coordination of tax compliance, examinations, and use of external consultants for Bentley operations in EMEA (around 29 countries).
Calculation and preparation of corporate income estimated tax payments.
Preparation of quarterly and annual tax account roll forwards and journal entries, including reconciliations and analysis.
Participate in quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations.
Analyze and review accounting activity to determine proper tax treatment.
Assist in special projects including research and documentation of related technical analysis.
Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements.
Assist with transfer pricing matters.
DAC 6 reporting.
What You Bring to the Team:
Degree in tax, accounting, commerce, law, or similar.
Qualified tax advisor (ITI/CTA) or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3/4 year working experience, preferably at a multinational or one of the big four accounting/tax firms.
Strong knowledge of international tax.
Result-driven, analytical, precise, positive, proactive, and a team player.
Proficient in MS Office, in particular with Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus.

Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
