Senior Administration Support Role
This role requires an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administration support to senior management.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support, including report generation, email management, and document preparation.
* Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and send reminders as needed.
* Manage calendars, arrange travel, and coordinate events with external parties.
* Accurately track and report expenses.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification in Administration or equivalent.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to Senior Management.
* Excellent MS Office skills and diary management abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
