Quality and Compliance Officer | West Limerick

This role is key in ensuring the organisation upholds its high standards and complies with key certifications including ISO9001, ISO37301, and BRCGS.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop Integrated and Complementary Management Systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
* Act as the management representative for all external, third-party, and customer audits.
* Conduct quality assurance testing and maintain compliance documentation such as CE DoPs and product specifications.
* Oversee statutory compliance checks, internal audits, and quality improvement schemes.
* Collaborate with the management team to align quality and compliance initiatives with organisational priorities.
* Deliver internal training sessions on quality and compliance-related topics.
* Lead a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence across the site.

Skills and Requirements
* Qualifications: Strong knowledge of ISO9001; experience with ISO37301 and BRCGS is advantageous although recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and a demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret key process data.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* A team player with flexibility, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage change effectively.
