Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and support of digital advertising campaigns.
* Support the Sales Account Team with tasks including Excel creation and analysis, optimization efforts, and client and internal requests through a ticketing system.
* Build and provide account teams with client-facing reporting requests.
* Work with Ops teams on creative flighting and changes.
* Track all requests using a ticketing system and collaborate with stakeholders to complete tasks, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
* Effectively follow processes and guidelines.
* Review account health and provide optimization recommendations.
* Coordinate with team members to manage daily workload and schedules.
* Help foster innovation in tools and processes to improve team efficiency.
* Stay up-to-date with new product releases and reporting functionality.
Requirements:
* Fluent in German.
* Eagerness and ability to learn about the digital marketing landscape.
* Strong critical thinking skills, well-organized, and able to make decisions based on clear priorities.
* Skilled at problem-solving and multitasking, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Team player who can build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and partners.
Desirable Skills:
* Excel experience, including data manipulation, VLookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
* Experience using Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, PowerBi, Outlook, Word, and PPT.
* Search/Programmatic/Display or 1+ years working in digital media sales or customer service.
