Due to internal movement, my client in Midleton is seeking a new Clinic Coordinator to provide high quality administrative support in their busy practice.
This job is on a temporary basis but has a strong chance of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet all office visitors, making a positive first impression.
* Provide patient administration and management support.
* Support with reception duties, manage GP's diary and greet incoming patients.
* Record and update new and recurring patient details on clinic CRM system.
* General administrative duties including post, filing and order management.
The successful candidate:
* Sound understanding of MS Word and Excel.
* Tech savvy and eager to build upon your experience.
* You will be personable and flexible in your approach and willing to support various teams as required.
