About the Role:
We are seeking an Estates, Facilities and Procurement Executive to join our team in Belfast.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Senior Property Manager in delivering property and fleet management services to support business aims and objectives.
* Manage building operations and security at Lombard House, ensuring a professional service is provided.
* Oversee statutory compliance processes across the group, ensuring timely follow-up of actions as required.
* Manage planned maintenance schedules, engaging with contractors to ensure timely delivery.
* Complete property-related reviews and audits as necessary.
* Support the delivery of financial budget and value for money reviews for property-related costs.
* Ensure records of estate management issues are up-to-date.
* Assist in contract management, ensuring contracts are implemented and supported to satisfactory completion.
* Support the review and accuracy of the Corporate Contracts Log, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.
* Manage supplier relationships and performance as directed by the SPM.
* Establish and maintain a list of approved contractors.
* Assist the SPM with property contracts, leases, and SLAs implementation and review as required.
* Manage fleet management requirements and assist the SPM in complying with fleet insurance and legislative requirements.
* Undertake vehicle audits and assist the SPM in fuel management reviews.
* Comply with and deliver the Procurement policy across the group.
* Embed the Procurement policy within the Property team, including updating the Preferred Supplier Listing to reflect property-related needs.
* Assist the SPM in utility management, analysis, and procurement requirements.
* Maximise individual and departmental performance through implementing a high-performance culture and aligning with company strategy.
* Be a positive role model, coaching, mentoring, and supporting staff in their personal development.
* Manage the performance of reporting staff and ensure regular supervision in line with the group Performance Management system and staff management procedures.
* Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with managers, employees, and external bodies, establishing professional credibility.
* Provide high-quality, sufficient, and timely information to assist the SPM in advising the Executive Leadership Team and other organisational departments.
