We are seeking a Project Manager to join our General Facilities Team, based on our pharmaceutical client site in Limerick.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple varied facilities projects within the group. This will involve liaising with management to provide regular progress reports and preparing business plans to identify new project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Obtaining labour, materials and subcontractors in accordance with company buying procedures to minimize cost and waste.
* Developing facilities technicians in accordance with the needs of the project in a cost-effective manner.
* Managing staff and subcontractors.
* Preparing monthly reports for contract managers detailing project activity.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in managing facilities projects (both hard and soft services) including:
