We require a Chef de partie for our award winning restaurant.
The role involves performing many basic tasks of food preparation and organisation in the kitchen.
You will be working in a busy kitchen, doing food prepartion, vegetable chopping, kitchen maintenance and general cleaning, and help to run the starter sections.
These tasks are vital to the sucessful operation of the kitchen.
You will assist the Head Chef and maintain high standards of health and safety.
Effective communication with other members of the kitchen staff is important andgood team spirit.
