We are looking for an experienced supervisor/foreman with knowledge of production and warehousing with Kitchen & Bedroom Manufacturing and Product background for immediate start in our company to manage and oversee the day to day functions and process.
The Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities in a manufacturing &and warehousing environment, ensuring that operations run efficiently, safely and in line with company procedures. This role involves coordinating workflows, managing staff, meeting production objectives while ensuring a safe workplace. The focus is on maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime, while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and oversee the activities of the warehouse & production workforce.
* Plan and allocate resources effectively, will be accountable for warehouse & manufacturing process and staff.
* Provide training and guidance on equipment use and processes.
* Conduct performance reviews and address any staff concerns.
* Operational Management
* Monitor production workflows to ensure schedules and specifications are met.
* Enforce quality control standards and identify areas for improvement.
* Resolve operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
* Ensure production goals are met within set timelines and budget constraints.
* Safety and Compliance
* Promote and uphold workplace safety standards and procedures.
* Conduct regular safety checks and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
* Inventory and Equipment Oversight
* Ensure materials, tools, and machinery are available and ready for use.
* Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to prevent shortages.
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain uninterrupted production.
Skills and Competencies:
* Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Strong understanding of production operations, machinery, and safety protocols.
* Effective leadership and team-building skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with production tracking tools.

Pay: €32,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
