As a Recruitment, Training and Development Specialist, youll play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, supporting their onboarding journey and driving key people initiatives to enhance the employee experience. Recruitment Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition approvals, job advertising across various channels (both internal and external), sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, participating in interview panels with hiring managers, and managing offers Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide timely updates on the recruitment pipeline Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to ensure all hires follow established processes and are onboarded effectively Maintain and update the HR master data file, including information on new hires, departures, and other changes Engage with external agencies when necessary, ensuring processes are managed efficiently in collaboration with them Assist with training initiatives related to recruitment as needed Participate in job fairs and foster relationships with universities to strengthen the organizations employer branding Identify key academic institutions and programs in Ireland and Europe to expand talent pipelines Contribute to employer branding efforts locally and on a broader scale Administer candidate experience surveys and analyse feedback to enhance the recruitment process Training and Development Assist the Talent Manager with organizing and scheduling training sessions Track attendance and compile data for year-end reporting purposes Participate in collaborative calls with peers to share best practices and exchange updates on various initiatives and projects Oversee the management and coordination of buddy assignments for new hires Monitor the Learning Platform and contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing its usage Support internal communication efforts, including updates on new joiners, open positions, and other relevant topics Collaborate with the Talent Manager to implement actions based on employee survey results.
