Office Manager - Cork City Centre
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a dynamic team in Cork City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise all legal support and operational staff, including reception, canteen, and porter services. Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and annual reviews.
* Foster a collaborative team culture, ensuring staff work effectively together and provide mutual support.
* Coordinate and manage daily workloads to meet deadlines, reallocating duties as necessary, and managing staff leave and absences to ensure adequate cover.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cork office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and safe environment in collaboration with third-party suppliers and contractors.
* Organize and manage staff and client events, including client breakfasts and team lunches.
* Work with team leads on seating plans, desk allocations, trainee rotation programs, and parking assignments as needed.
* Assist with the implementation of administrative systems, such as health and safety policies and training programs.
* Act as a point of contact for staff to raise concerns, resolving issues and escalating them as necessary.
* Take on additional responsibilities or project work as required.
