Base Location: Dublin

The role
The Home Energy Operations Support Specialist will focus on process improvements within our organisation and ensure we maintain a high standard of service in everything we do, to ensure we comply with our obligations within the island of Ireland.
You will
Represent the operational area as a Business Unit Subject Matter Expert (BUSME)
Manage the end to end process for Bill Print Vendor Reconciliation (BPV), liaising with key stakeholders and vendors such as Oracle, Adare SEC Ltd, Business Support
Investigate potential system or process issues, ensuring prompt escalation where required
Assist with the development and roll out of process guides (Existing Processes, New Process emerging from projects or scheme changes)
Oversee end to end internal audits and performance quality reviews for internal stakeholders
You have
Advanced knowledge and understanding of MS Office applications, in order to analyse, interpret and present key findings clearly and concisely
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present key findings and influence key stakeholders
An innovative and process orientated mindset, always looking to make life easier for both the department and the customer
Resilience and enthusiasm, with a natural interest in continual improvement and innovation
The ability to multitask in an ever changing and fast paced environment
