We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Dundalk, Ireland for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll processing and management for our business.
This will include processing payrolls across Ireland, the UK, and France.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all payroll activities to support new employee setup, changes to employee data, and management of benefits through payroll.
* Complete monthly salary reports and coordinate all activities to ensure timely approval and processing of monthly payroll according to pre-determined processes.
* Ensure accurate payroll-related employee data with efficient processes in place to capture all data changes.
* Consult closely with Finance and Treasury, complete associated reports, and approval protocols.
* Work with HRBP, Global Assignee Management Team, and Global Payroll Team to investigate and resolve employee payroll queries and supporting ad hoc payroll issues in a timely manner.
* Complete monthly reconciliation reports using manual and payroll-related systems.
* Ensure accurate reports and metrics reporting on time.
* Collaborate with Local Payroll Team to run monthly/quarterly reports supporting HR Metrics for all payrolls.
* Consult with payroll vendors to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Maintain up-to-date employee data shared with Payroll Vendors in a timely, accurate, and secure manner.
* Support Local Payroll Team in all areas of local and expatriate payrolls in Ireland.
* Cover annual leave where required in the Local Payroll Team.
* Lead payroll inductions/workshops for assignee groups, clearly communicating payroll processes and contacts.
* Support local and corporate HR, Finance, C&B Teams in matters relating to payroll reporting, statistics, labor costings, etc.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of payroll experience working on global assignee payrolls.
* IPASS Qualified or equivalent qualification.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Good knowledge of HR compliance, policies, Employment Law, and Legislation.
* Good knowledge of HRIS, T&A, and Payroll Systems.
