Job Description:
Overview of the work they will undertake:
1. Change communications support – primarily stakeholder engagements, change network management and communications
2. Provide SCI change management support, including change impact assessment, key message development, stakeholder analysis, and developing and implementing change plans (including leadership, communications, change readiness, resistance management, training, etc.)
3. Programme change heatmap
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver highly effective change and communications plans, comprising all elements required to deliver successful change.
2. Conduct change analysis, change impact, and business readiness assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities with proposed changes, ensuring the transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectives.
3. Ensure comprehensive and effective monitoring of communications and change activities, including effectiveness.
4. Manage stakeholder communications and engagement, identify and manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders, and report to the Change Lead on the performance of stakeholder management against agreed plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance business relationships and programme delivery, and to understand and manage the impacts of the change and project implementation plan.
6. Contribute to programme planning and the identification of risks and issues.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years' experience in organisational change management, organisational development or related field with proven experience in supporting the delivery of large scale IT transformation programmes, involving changes to people, behaviours, ways of working, organisational structures, and processes.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions.
3. Experience in communication development and planning.
4. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
5. Certification in change management.
